Website Overhaul

This month marks the 5th birthday of my blog! I can hardly believe it’s been that long. With over 260 blog posts, I have poured out my heart in this space in an effort to help and encourage others.

I have learned so much along the way, and anyone who may want to start a blog, here are a few helpful tips.

Keep it brief. No one wants to read a book on a blog post. Keep it punchy and interesting.

Keep it meaningful. Don’t write about a wide range of subjects in one post. Hone your topic for a precise and practical message.

Be kind. Above all else, this is the most important lesson that I have learned. I can never take back published words, and I want to be 100% sure that my words are life-giving, not hurtful.
